Jonn is a well known recording and touring artist, but many may not know that Jonn is also an FAA licensed pilot with advanced instrument and commercial ratings. Jonn is a former USAF search and rescue pilot and holds the coveted Disaster Relief Presidential Award with Valor for his flying in the Deep Water Horizon BP oil spill. Jonn composed music for the hit Hollywood film What The Bleep Do We Know? starring Academy Award winner Marlee Matlin and a cast of renown scientists, physicists and thinkers from around the world.
Jonn's album "And The Stars Go With You" was used in the opening show production of the Christa McAuliffe Planetarium in New Hampshire in 1988. The album had just been released a few months earlier.
